The ProudRoots Raffles are drawn using software which is independently verified and approved by the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries Western Australia.

The ProudRoots staff and volunteers have no role to play in the drawing of our ProudRoots Raffles.

ProudRoots is committed to full compliance with all legislative and permit requirements.

ProudRoots sells tickets across multiple channels. There are a certain number of tickets allocated to each channel depending on the volume utilised via those channels. For example, tickets sold over the phone may be allocated ticket numbers between 000,0001 – 120,000. In this instance, if you purchased tickets over the phone, your ticket would be in that range.

After each draw, the winners are notified by email and phone.

We also post all winners to our Facebook page.

Your odds of winning a prize are related to the number of tickets you purchase and the number of tickets available. The more tickets you purchase, or the less tickets allocated in the prize draw – the greater your chances of winning!

Sold out draws will be announced on our website and Facebook page.

To avoid missing out, we recommend purchasing tickets early. If you would like to keep up to date with open dates for draws, like us on Facebook.

Results of all our ProudRoots Raffles are published on our website here within 1 day of all Lottery draws. 

Winners are notified by email, phone and registered mail.

You can also keep up to date with draws, results and inside looks by liking us on Facebook.

The maximum number of tickets available for sale each draw varies from draw to draw. The maximum number of tickets in each draw is stated in the Terms and Conditions on the ticket and on our website.

How to purchase tickets

1. Online through ProudRoots website or click here;
2. At any of our ProudRoots events;

What methods of payment does ProudRoots accept?

Credit Card
or Cash – at any event we attend (please see our Facebook page for event info)

When you buy tickets online you will be emailed a digital lottery ticket directly to your chosen email account.

Please allow for up to 24 hours for email to come through. Depending on your email provider security settings, your e-tickets may have been filtered to SPAM or JUNK folder.

Tickets may only be refunded upon written approval by the Gaming and Wagering Commission. No tickets will be refunded without this approval.

Our entry requirements are limited to one entrant, or one person, per single ticket or ticket book purchase. This means we cannot have two people, or a group of people, enter the raffle under a single ticket or ticket book. Each raffle ticket must be allocated to a single eligible entrant.
